"Incorrect username or password" please help me :(

im new to this game and just finished downloading and installing it. but when i go to log in on the client it says, "Incorrect username or password". i have registered already and tried it with 2 accounts and changed my password but it still wont work. please help? Sad

Try using the recover password option in control panel.

Are you sure you are using the correct User Name? The forum one and the game one are 2 separate things. So if you have only registered on the forums, that won't get you into the game.

If, however, you have registered (and I'm assuming you have done as you mention using the CP), make sure any capital letters used in your password when you registered are put in as lower case when you log in to the game (User name is ok with caps).

No. They're right. The same thing is happening to me. I go into the control panel and it says " no such e-mail. " I will be posting screen shots momentarily.

What I don't get is why I can sign into the forums and not the game :/.
